This Farberware Edgekeeper 2 stage knife and scissor sharpener is the easiest and most effective sharpener we've ever found! It utilizes tungsten and ceramic sharpening slots to restore a sharp, fine edge to cutlery, while providing and maintaining the optimum knife angle for error-free performance. To use, at a 90 degree angle, insert the knife blade into the first sharpening slot. Then with moderate pressure, press down and pull the knife blade through the sharpening slot toward you. Repeat and swith slots until desired sharpness is achieved. Hand wash only.
